Availability of all the arrangements, White Desert, Rann Utsav Event, Cultural Program, sight-seeing, and other activities shall be subject to Govt. Directives keeping in mind the Covid-19 situation. Omnitel Hotels & Resorts, Omni Hospiventures, Rann Village Resort or any of its subsidiaries shall not be held accountable for any cancellation or loss incurring due to any restriction imposed by the Govt. or local authorities. Rann Utsav and all events related to it are organized by the Gujarat Tourism and or its appointed agencies. Therefore we shall not be held responsible for any cancellation or closure of any such events for any reasons whatsoever. All the guests shall be allowed to check-in only after temperature and other satisfactory hygiene exercises. Guests are requested to share with us, their travel plan beforehand as to ascertain whether they are arriving from Covid-19 Hotspots. As per our policy, package shall be confirmed only against advance payment through NEFT/IMPS. Guest shall be served traditional Gujarati/Kutchi Cuisines as Buffet or Fixed Platter as per daily menu, kindly do not insist for any changes in the menu. Rann Village Resort reserves the right to deny the request for or charge extra for anything out of the fixed menu of meals. All meals are served as complimentary, therefore no compensation or reimbursement shall be offered in case the guests skip any or all meals in the package. All guests need to report to the food court at least 20 mins prior to the closing time. Post that the management reserves the right to deny complimentary meals to the guests. Early breakfast or meals requests shall not be entertained. Swimming Pool (closed right now for safety against covid-19), Cultural Programs, Bonfire and Outdoor Games are offered as additional complementary amenities. We do not charge our guests to avail the same. Therefore in case of non-availability of any of the additional amenities, no compensation shall be made neither any argument shall be entertained. Resort reserves the right to arrange or cancel cultural program & bonfire at its sole discretion. No demands for the same shall be entertained. Vehicle shall be provided as per the number of persons. Management reserves the right to make any last moment changes in vehicle as deemed fit. Our Standard Check-in time is 12:00 pm & 10:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to the availability of rooms. Guests shall be required to pay an additional charge as decided by the management to avoid the same. Guests are requested to plan their arrival time accordingly and cooperate. Additional services and or F&B availed shall be charged extra at actual. Kids above 6 yrs of age shall be counted as extra pax. Original & valid ID/Address proof for all adults guests including ladies is to be submitted mandatorily during check-in in hard copy, PAN Cards are not accepted. In case of VVIP movements (Prime Minister / President of India visit), the entire Rann of Kutch area is declared a high security zone and no civilian movement is allowed, in such a scenario, the booking shall be amended to the next available date, as per the circular of Govt. of India. Non Vegetarian Food, Alcoholic Drinks, Hookah & Drugs are strictly prohibited in our resort premises. Guests are requested to cooperate. The management reserves the right to ask the guest to check-out immediately without any refund, or hand over to the competent authorities, if found indulging in these activities.	1. DAY 01 : Arrival at Ahmedabad. Local sightseeing. Over night at Ahmedabad.

DAY 02 : Proceed for Kutch. Visit Rann Utsav & White Desert. Overnight at Rann Village Resort.

DAY 03 : Visit Mandvi for Day trip. Overnight at Rann Villag Resort.

DAY 04 : Checkout and visit Bhuj for local sightseeing and later proceed to Rajkot for overnight stay.

DAY 05 : Start for Dwarka in the morning. Visit Dwarkadhish Temple for darshan. Evening at leisure. Stay at Dwarka.

DAY 06 : Visit Bet Dwarka and other sightseeing points. Stay at Dwarka.

DAY 07 : Checkout and proceed to Somnath. Enroute, visit Porbandar for sightseeing. Arrive at Somnath, freshen up after check-in and later visit Somnath Jyotirling Temple in the evening. Overnight at Somnath.

DAY 08 : Checkout in the morning and move towards Sasan Gir. Check-in at the resort and relax. Depending upon the safari availability, complete safari on day 1 or early morning next day. Overnight at Sasan Gir.

DAY 09 : Checkout in the morning and move towards Vadodara. Check-in at the hotel and relax. Local sightseeing as per the availability.

DAY 10 : Checkout and proceed to Kevadiya for Statue of Unity and other attractions. Sightseeing at the Statue of Unity to be booked online.
