Booking Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of Rs.10,000/Rs.15000 per person (Domestic & Internation respectively) to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking
  • Deposit of 50% of the Holiday Cost if the travel date is more than 20 days from the date of booking.
  • Deposit of 75% of the holiday cost if the travel date is more than 10 days from the date of booking.
  • Deposit of the holiday cost (100%) if the travel date is less than 10 days from the date of booking.
  • Photocopies of the passport.

  • Room type (Double or twin is subject to availability and sole discretion of the hotel)
  • BREAKFAST: Fixed breakfast as per hotel discretion.
  • Budget Package is not suggested for Couples or Families.
  • All Tour packages offered by MatchMyTrips Fare are governed by the terms and conditions and undertakings in the package tour – service agreement along with the booking form, which are incorporated herein by reference.
  • The group tour price mentioned is applicable if there are more than 10 adult passengers travelling together on the tour. If there are less than 10 adult passengers on the tour, then a FIT supplement will be applicable.
  • The tour cost does not include any Travel Insurance Premium, but we strongly recommend Travel Insurance.

Cancellation Policy

  • This is to inform you, prior to confirm your bookings which need guarantee booking that our normal cancellation policy mentioned immediately here above will not be applicable for your booking.
  • Your booking is having travel tour components which need guarantee booking, which means no cancellation will be allowed once booking is made for you. Therefore general cancellation policy mentioned above will be superseded by the following cancellation policy.
  • If cancellation is made any time once the booking is confirmed irrespective of number of days prior to departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required (realization of full amount in Co.’s bank A/C) on confirmation of all services and 05 days before departure.

Exclusion

  • Government Service Tax as applicable (as on date 31/03/2018 it is 5%)
  • Cost for supplementary service, optional Tours, Up-gradation Charges, Guide, Sightseeing entrance fees.
  • Cost for Airfare, Train fare, Insurance Premiums, Rafting Charges.
  • Cost for service provided on a personal request.
  • Cost for personal expenses such as laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips etc.
  • Cost for any other service not mentioned under the “Cost Includes” head.
  • Difference in cost arising due to change in Taxes by the Government which will have to be collected directly ON ARRIVAL.
  • Difference in cost arising due to change in Fuel price (Calculation based on Petrol INR 75 per liter & Diesel INR 44 per liter)
  • Difference in cost arising due to extra usage of vehicle, other than scheduled & mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Difference in cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like - landslides, road blockage, etc. In such case extra will have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly.

  • Day - 1

    KALIMPONG (Transfers, Hotel)

    On your arrival at railway station/Airport, meet our tour manager who will escort you to continue your voyage to reach Kalimpong. This hill station is well known for its quiet atmosphere, traditional handicrafts, beautiful monasteries and churches. Kalimpong is also well known for its highly attractive orchids and nurseries. This place has many excursions to attract more tourists to this place. After arriving, check-in to the hotel and enjoy overnight stay in the comforts of the hotel.

  • Day - 2

    KALIMPONG – DARJEELING (Breakfast, Hotel, Sightseeing, Transfers)

    After enjoying a filling breakfast, proceed for a visit to Dello hills which is a gorgeous spot that overlooking the whole town of Kalimpong. It offers brilliant views of Teesta Valley along with Kanchenjunga range. From here, one can capture the unforgettable view of the sunrise and sunset. Then, Dr. Graham’s Home, an educational institution established in 1900 by Dr. John Anderson Graham. It also houses a small museum for visitors. Kalimpong is a town with many flower nurseries which houses exotic beautiful flowers. So there is a visit to one of the famous Flower Nurseries of the town. Later we go to Jang-Dong-Palriffo Brang Gompa, a good example of Buddhist architectural style with impressive wall painting. Lastly we visit, Durbin Dara Hills is located at an elevation of 1402 m. It is a vantage point from where one can have a bird-eye-view of the stunning mountains along with plains and rivers. One should not miss to go there while travelling Kalimpong. After wards, get transferred to Darjeeling and check-in to the pre-booked hotel for an overnight stay.

  • Day - 3

    DARJEELING (Breakfast, Hotel, Sightseeing)

    In the early morning, we head towards Tiger Hills located at a height of 8364 feet. It is well known for the spectacular sunrise over the great Himalaya and the dawn view of Kanchenjunga. For an unforgettable moment, tourist can enjoy the amazing sight of the mountains which changes its colour as the sun rises. On the way back to hotel, we visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. Batasia Loop is a memorial place in respect to all the gorkha soldiers of Indian Army who sacrificed their life after independence. Tourists can enjoy the picturesque view of Darjeeling accompanying Kanchenjunga and other snow-capped mountains in the background. After breakfast, step out for a half-day sightseeing of the city. First, we visit Japanese Temple & Peace pagoda which is a peaceful place and easily reachable by 10 minutes drive from the main town of Darjeeling. It is located on the bank of Jalapahar hills. Next, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center & one can have scenic view of Tea Estate. You can also enjoy Darjeeling Ropeway Ride at your own cost. Return your hotel for an overnight stay.

  • Day - 4

    DARJEELING – MIRIK (Breakfast, Hotel, Transfers, Sightseeing)

    Enjoy breakfast, and then check-out of the hotel where you will be picked up to get transferred to Mirik. From there we head to Pashupati Nagar for your shopping spree. Later on, we go to Mirik Lake where one can also enjoy boating and horse riding on direct payment basis. After all sightseeing, reach to the hotel by evening to check-in first and spend overnight stay in the comforts of your hotel.

  • Day - 5

    DEPARTURE (Breakfast, Hotel, Transfers)

    Today after breakfast, check-out of the hotel and get transferred to your pre-planned destination (airport/railway station) for your onward journey. Hope you had a good time and beautiful memories to cherish forever.
